Role: Mixologist
Location: Seaham Hall, County Durham

Hours: 40+ hours a week, 5 days out of 7 including evenings, weekends & bank holidays. 
Relationships: Work closely with the General Manager, Restaurant and Bar Manager, and F&B team.

The ideal candidate

• Proven experience as a Mixologist or Bartender in a high-energy environment.
• Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes, techniques, and presentation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks at once.
• A creative mindset and passion for experimenting with new flavours and concepts.
• Must be of legal drinking age and possess any necessary certifications or training.

Responsibilities

• Create and serve innovative cocktails while maintaining the highest standards of quality and presentation.
• Develop new recipes and contribute to the evolution of the drink’s menu.
• Provide exceptional customer service by interacting with guests, understanding their preferences, and recommending drinks accordingly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and incorporate fresh ideas into the drink offerings.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, as well as alcohol regulations.
• Collaborate with the team to provide an unforgettable experience for our guests.
