An exciting career opportunity has arisen for a Bartender to be the face of our exclusive Joe's Bar and restaurant within The Seahorse in Dartmouth, Devon.

We are an Award-Winning restaurant, with a private dining room - The Cantina - and a bar - Joe's Bar - achieving the highly prestigious “Top Restaurant in the UK” at the Observer Food Monthly Awards and “Best Seafood Restaurant in the UK” by the Good Food guide. The Seahorse is situated on the banks of the River Dart in Dartmouth, where we’re lucky enough to have some of the best fish and shellfish landed in the world.

As a Bartender you will run our exclusive Joe's bar within The Seahorse and advise our quests on wine choices. Ideally you will have experience at making classic cocktails, bar service at the highest level and be able to recommend wine to your guests. You will also be our Sommelier for the main dining room and private dining room.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a great personality to demonstrate their skills, work directly with our guests and expand their wine knowledge.

● Good pay rates, always above national living wage
