Location: The Seahorse, Dartmouth, Devon

Since 2008, The Seahorse has been a place for conversation, connection, and outstanding food. Perched on the banks of the River Dart in Dartmouth, we’ve built our reputation on fresh, locally sourced seafood, seasonal ingredients, and a deep love for Italian cookery.

We’re now looking for a passionate, ambitious Chef de Partie to join our dedicated team, someone who’s eager to cook at a high level, keep learning, and grow their career in one of the most respected kitchens in the country. Cook the Best Seafood in the World

At The Seahorse, our food starts with incredible ingredients — and nothing is more central than our seafood. Fresh fish is delivered twice a day from Brixham market, just a few miles from the restaurant. This means our menu changes daily, according to availability, but always guarantees fresh, locally landed fish.

Cooking with respect and simplicity over a charcoal fire is our signature style — a method that brings out the true character of every ingredient, especially our seafood.

You will:

  • Gain hands-on experience with some of the finest seafood in the world
  • Work in a values-led kitchen-built on its heritage and the team
