We’re looking for a Marketing Exec to join our marketing department. The perfect position to develop your skills, working across two luxury brands: Seaham Hall and resort chain Luxury Lodges.
Based at Seaham Hall in County Durham, you’ll report directly to the Marketing Manager in delivering
Main duties & responsibilities
· Support department to deliver exceptional campaigns (across both businesses)
· Create emails, blogs and social media posts as directed
· Managing social media pages engagement by responding to comments and messages
· Manage department ‘in-tray’ including coordinating marketing admin across multiple resorts
· Create and update marketing documents, promotional materials and other ad hoc content
· Create and edit content for campaigns including support in creation of copy
· Updating and managing multiple websites, including image and copy
· Work collaboratively with wider organisation on marketing-related enquiries
· Understanding brand guidelines and consistently implementing the brand voice across all channels and marketing materials
· Reporting on campaign activity, including social media
· Ad hoc marketing duties as required
Skills and Quals
· Hold a Marketing Degree/Relevant marketing qualification
· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite software
· Experience of key social media platforms, especially TikTok, Instagram and YouTube
· Knowledge of WordPress, or similar CMS system

· Eagerness to learn new skills and be coached by senior members of the team
· Creative and enthusiastic approach to work
· Collaborative individual with willingness to contribute ideas
· Knowledge and understanding of search engine optimisation (SEO)
· Excellent attention to detail
