We are seeking a dedicated and professional Security Officer to join our team. If you are passionate about safety, vigilant in your approach, and committed to delivering exceptional service while protecting people and assets, we would love to hear from you.

What you will do

• Ensure the safety and security of guests, team members, visitors, and hotel assets
• Monitor, maintain and proactively use the CCTV system and other security equipment
• Carry out regular security patrols of the hotel, apartments, and grounds
• Control access to the property, including managing contractors, visitors and staff searches when required
• Report, investigate and document incidents, liaising with police, fire authorities or other agencies where appropriate
• Conduct regular fire safety checks, building and escape route inspections, and assist in evacuation procedures
• Handle lost property efficiently and in line with company procedures

Who you are

• Hold a valid SIA Licence (essential)
• First Aid certified, with knowledge of fire alarm systems
• Proactive, reliable and self-driven with strong attention to detail
• Excellent communicator with good spoken and written English
• Able to work flexibly across a rota covering 24 hours, 7 days a week
