Description

We are seeking a Shuttle Operator Driver. The Shuttle Operator – Members Club supports the SEIA Members Club experience by providing safe, discreet, and professional transportation for members and approved guests using Club-designated street-legal low-speed vehicles. This role focuses on member service, route awareness, safety, and polished presentation while acting as a mobile extension of the Club’s hospitality, privacy, and operational standards throughout Miami.


Your Responsibilities:

  • Operate Club-designated street-legal low-speed vehicles to transport members and approved guests safely and efficiently.

  • Provide warm, professional greetings and assist members entering and exiting the vehicle as needed.

  • Confirm destinations and coordinate timing with Club leadership and Guest Experience teams.

  • Operate vehicles in full compliance with traffic laws, safety regulations, and Club protocols.

  • Maintain a smooth, comfortable ride while demonstrating sound judgment and situational awareness.

  • Demonstrate strong familiarity with approved routes, pickup locations, and destination zones.

  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the vehicle at all times.

  • Monitor vehicle condition, report maintenance needs promptly, and ensure vehicles are charged, fueled, and service-ready.

  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion regarding members, destinations, and Club activity at all times.

  • Anticipate member needs and provide courteous, unobtrusive service throughout transport.

  • Support opening and closing procedures as assigned.

  • Uphold SEIA Members Club standards, presentation, and hospitality language at all times.


Your Qualifications:

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

  • Ability to operate street-legal low-speed vehicles in urban environments.

  • 1 year+ of experience in a driving, transportation, or guest-facing service role preferred.

  • Strong professionalism, discretion, and situational awareness.

  • Knowledge of Miami streets, traffic patterns, and key destinations preferred.

  • Clear communication skills and calm decision-making under pressure.

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

  • Commitment to safety, reliability, and elevated hospitality standards.
