Description

We are a Modern Japanese Restaurant with 27 years of operational experience in the Hamptons. We seek a motivated leader who is interested in growing within an expanding organization. This is a hands-on, lead by example position focusing on hospitality and guest service. The responsibilities include product ordering, inventory, staff training, to consistently uphold company standards, as well as provide general kitchen management and line cooking assistance. While a working knowledge of Japanese cuisine is helpful, passion and interest are equally valuable as we will mentor and train the right candidate. This position will report directly to the Executive Chef, and work closely with the GM and Executive Management to provide outstanding leadership and service.


Full time, year round, housing available
