Description
We are a Modern Japanese Restaurant with 27 years of operational experience in the Hamptons. We seek a motivated sushi chef's who is interested in growing within an expanding organization. Japanese Cuisine knowledge helpful, but passion and interest are equally valuable as we will mentor and train the right candidate. This position will report directly to the Lead Sushi Chef.
Full time, seasonal, year round, housing available.
