Head of Brand Delivery – Watergate Bay Hotel

A leadership role with influence across the business, you’ll take ownership of how our brand shows up — from programming and events to partnerships, sustainability and the smallest guest touchpoints — ensuring everything aligns with our purpose and values.

Reporting to the Hotel General Manager, you’ll be part of the senior team and work closely with the executive and central teams, and our brand steering group.

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Shaping and delivering guest and community programming that reflects the Watergate Bay way — from active breaks and family experiences to seasonal moments and pop-ups
  • Creating and project-managing an annual events calendar, ensuring strong collaboration across operational, commercial and external partners
  • Rolling out and evolving the Watergate Bay ‘Active’ programme, including surf, beach and fitness experiences, and managing associated partnerships
  • Developing and managing brand partnerships and sponsorships that feel authentic and commercially sound
  • Leading the roll-out of the Watergate Bay brand strategy across the hotel, keeping brand thinking at the heart of operations and internal communication
  • Owning guest and operational brand touchpoints, from spaces and F&B to music, in-room details and team engagement
  • Working alongside the head of sustainability to deliver and champion B Corp and Green Tourism initiatives at Watergate Bay Hotel

What we’re looking for:

Our ideal head of brand delivery will be a confident, collaborative leader who understands how brands are experienced — not just communicated.

Essential experience includes:

  • At least two years’ experience in a management role
  • A background in events, programming and experiential delivery
  • A strong background in brand-focused hospitality
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills
  • Commercial awareness and confidence managing budgets
  • Experience building and managing partnerships
  • A natural ability to influence, engage and bring people with you
  • A genuine interest in sustainability and responsible business
