Principle Responsibilities and Position Purpose:
To achieve the highest level of resident and employee satisfaction across the assigned area by delivering the SI vision of an unparalleled dining experience for residents throughout their vertical communities

Essential Responsibilities:
Delivers the SI Resident Dining Experience for the Residents
Follows up with additional services that enhance the SI Resident Dining Expereince
Handles Resident requests or complaints personally and/or refers as appropriate
Ensures proper set up of Resident Service carts
Inspects all service ware, carts and insulated containers prior to use
Checks food items prior to serving, ensuring proper presentation and temperature in accordance with SI Standards
Cleans and organizes service area during and after service
Displays in-depth knowledge of SI App functionality
Displays in-depth knowledge of SI POS system
Displays in-depth knowledge of service excellence drivers
Possesses general knowledge of kitchen/dining operations
Possesses general knowledge of wine, beer and spirits
