At The Relais Cooden Beach, we’re looking for a confident and enthusiastic Bar Person to join our team and work across all areas of our Food & Beverage department, with a particular strength and passion for bar service.

From crafting the perfect flat white to shaking up signature cocktails, you’ll play a key role in creating exceptional moments for our guests across our Restaurant, Bar and Events spaces.

What you’ll be doing:

• Delivering outstanding service across Restaurant, Bar and Events operations
• Providing knowledgeable and engaging bar service
• Preparing high-quality coffees and cocktails (barista and mixology skills are desirable but not essential as training will be given)
• Ensuring every guest receives a warm, professional and memorable experience
• Supporting your team across all F&B areas to maintain seamless service
• Upholding the highest standards of presentation, cleanliness and hospitality

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience in a bar environment (essential)
• Barista and cocktail-making experience (highly desirable)
• A natural flair for customer service with a friendly, professional approach
• A team player who is flexible and happy to support across all F&B areas
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to take direction
• A positive attitude and a genuine passion for hospitality
• Must be over 18 years of age
