We are looking for an enthusiastic, talented and dedicated Host/Hostess to join our team here at Bvlgari Hotel London.
Job description
Reporting to the Restaurants Manager (Sette & Lounge), you will be the first point of contact for our guests, delivering warm, intuitive and effortless service that reflects the chic, convivial and relaxed ambiance of our dining spaces.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and seating guests with confidence and charm
- Managing reservations via phone, email and in person
- Coordinating table allocations to maximise both guest experience and business flow
- Supporting the restaurant team to ensure a seamless and memorable service from arrival to departure
What We’re Looking For
You’ll bring excellent interpersonal and organisational skills, along with strong written and verbal communication. While relevant NVQ or hospitality qualifications are an advantage, it’s your genuine passion for exceptional service that will truly set you apart.
To thrive in this role, you will already have experience in a luxury environment and possess a deep understanding of 5‑star hospitality standards.
