Sette Restaurant at the prestigious Bvlgari Hotel London is seeking a passionate and experienced Waiter / Waitress to join our dynamic team. As a key player in our front-of-house operations, you will ensure an exceptional dining experience for our discerning guests. Reporting to the Restaurants Manager (Sette & Lounge), you will play a key role in ensuring the seamless, refined and efficient delivery of food and beverage service within your assigned section. With a natural flair for guest interaction, you will maximise sales through confident and thoughtful upselling techniques, while guiding and supporting the Runners in your area to ensure consistently high standards.

- Reporting to the Restaurants Manager (Sette & Lounge), you will ensure the smooth, refined and efficient service of food and beverage within your assigned section.
- Maximise sales through confident and effective upselling techniques.
- Supervise, guide and support the Runners assigned to your section, ensuring consistency and excellence throughout service.
- Demonstrate a strong passion for service excellence, hospitality and attention to detail.
- Create meaningful connections between the food, wines and overall guest experience, enhancing each visit with your knowledge and personal touch.
- Deliver impeccable service standards while remaining warm, authentic and genuinely engaging with every guest.
What We Are Looking For
- A strong passion for food and beverage, supported by solid knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Relevant NVQ or professional hospitality qualifications are beneficial, though genuine enthusiasm and dedication to exceptional service are what truly distinguish you.
- Previous experience in a luxury service environment, with a confident understanding of 5‑star hospitality standards.
- Immaculate personal presentation and a naturally engaging, service‑driven approach.
