Sommelier

We are looking for talented and passionate sommeliers to join the team at one of London’s most iconic restaurants.

We have Junior and Senior roles available with salaries ranging from £30-40k depending on experience.

As a Sommelier you will work closely with the Head Sommelier, you will recommend and sell wines to our guests that will complement their tastes and menu choices. You will have the opportunity to participate in trade and in-house trainings and tastings and help on developing the wine list. For the more junior roles, your job will involve supporting the Sommeliers in delivering the highest standard of wine service to our guests and will receive on-the-job training and mentorship as well as support for formal qualifications.

The perfect candidate will possess:
• WSET or equivalent Sommelier qualification (preferred but not essential)
• A professional attitude, be an excellent team player with a positive, flexible and enthusiastic attitude
• A good command of the English language
