As a Sommelier, you will play a central role in curating an exceptional wine experience for our guests, showcasing your expertise in wine pairing and contributing to the overall enjoyment of their dining experience. If you have a deep knowledge of wines, a refined palate, and are committed to providing top-notch service, we invite you to be the guiding force behind our extensive wine program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist guests in choosing wines that complement their meals and preferences.
- Provide insights into wine regions, varietals, and vintages.
- Oversee wine service and storage, ensuring proper handling and presentation.
- Stay informed about industry trends, new releases, and emerging vineyards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sommelier in a high-end restaurant or luxury establishment.
- In-depth knowledge of wines, regions, and wine production.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create a memorable and personalized wine experience for guests.
