Job Title: Events and Group Dining Sales Manager

Location: Sexy Fish Dubai

 

Sexy Fish Dubai is an exciting new addition to the city's vibrant culinary scene. Known for its unique blend of Asian-inspired cuisine, opulent interiors, and a lively atmosphere, Sexy Fish promises an unforgettable dining experience. As we prepare to open our doors, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Event and Sales Director to join our team and drive our success in the competitive Dubai market.

 

Position Overview:

The Events and Group Dining Sales Manager will play a crucial role in the successful launch and ongoing success of Sexy Fish Dubai. This role requires a passionate Event Sales Manager with a deep understanding of the Dubai MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) market and a proven track record in driving sales and event management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing key accounts and ensuring the seamless execution of all events.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

1. Sales Development:

   - Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the DMC (Destination Management Companies) and MICE markets.

   - Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.

 

2. Account Management:

   - Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including corporate partners, event planners, and DMCs.

   - Serve as the primary point of contact for all sales inquiries and negotiations.

   - Ensure client satisfaction and repeat business through exceptional service and relationship management.

 

3. Event Planning and Execution:

   - Oversee the planning and execution of all events at Sexy Fish Dubai, from intimate gatherings to large-scale corporate functions.

   - Collaborate with the culinary and operations teams to ensure seamless event delivery.

   - Manage event budgets, timelines, and logistics to ensure profitability and client satisfaction.

 

4. Marketing and Promotion:

   - Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies that drive event bookings and sales.

   - Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to increase brand awareness and generate leads.

 

5. Reporting and Analysis:

   - Prepare regular sales and event performance reports for senior management.

   - Analyse sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and growth

 

Qualifications:

 

- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales and event management, preferably within the luxury hospitality or restaurant industry.

- Good knowledge of the Dubai MICE market and established relationships with key players in the industry.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
