Job Description:

As the Guest Experience Manager at Sexy Fish Dubai, you will be the face of our restaurant, responsible for ensuring that every guest's visit is nothing short of extraordinary. Your primary goal will be to create an unforgettable dining experience by providing memorable hospitality, anticipating guest needs, and resolving any issues with grace and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Greet and welcome guests with warmth and enthusiasm.

·         Engage with guests during their dining experience, seeking out feedback, enhancing hospitality and offering suggestions on how to enhance their experience in Sexy Fish Dubai and beyond

·         Anticipate and fulfil guest requests to enhance their dining experience.

·         Resolve guest complaints and issues during service promptly and tactfully.

·         Build and maintain strong relationships with regular patrons, and create regulars out of first time or infrequent visitors

·         Coordinate with restaurant staff and management to ensure seamless service, and opportunities for exceptional hospitality and experiences are identified and executed

·         Collaborate with the management team to improve guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

·         Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.

·         Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

·         Knowledge of Seven Rooms Software

·         Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.

·         Impeccable grooming and presentation.

·         Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.

·         A passion for providing outstanding customer service.

·         Flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends.
