The Role:

As Door Manager, you will be the first impression of Sexy Fish Dubai. This is a key role for someone who is confident, stylish, and charismatic with a natural flair for delivering exceptional guest experiences. You’ll manage the flow of guests, support VIP and high-profile arrivals, and ensure seamless communication with the reservations, host, and management teams.

Key Responsibilities:

•         Welcome all guests with warmth, professionalism, and discretion

•         Manage guest arrivals and coordinate closely with the reservations and front-of-house teams

•         Oversee the guest list and manage door flow during peak hours

•         Build and maintain relationships with VIP guests, regulars, and key industry contacts

•         Lead and train a team of hosts/hostesses, ensuring exceptional standards at all times

•         Handle guest queries or concerns efficiently and with grace

•         Maintain an impeccable appearance and uphold the Sexy Fish brand standards

•         Oversee and manage the performance of 3rd Party Car Valet and Security team

What We’re Looking For:

•         Experience in a similar high-end hospitality or nightlife environment

•         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

•         Immaculate personal presentation and confident presence

•         Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage a busy door

•         A genuine passion for hospitality, people, and creating memorable moments

•         Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
