Demi Chef de Partie

We are currently looking for enthusiastic and experienced Demi Chef de Partie to join the team of our fantastic restaurant; Sexy Fish, part of Caprice Holdings.

Based on Berkeley Square, Sexy Fish has a capacity for 190 covers on the ground floor, an extensive bar area and a stunning private dining space on the lower ground floor. The restaurant is vibrant, glamorous with high energy focusing on the finest quality ingredients to create an Asian inspired fish and seafood menu, complimented with a creative and extensive wine list and cocktail list.

As Demi Chef de Partie you will support the Chef de Partie to ensure the smooth running of the section with all dishes leaving the section being of the highest quality and presentation. You must have a passion for developing your skills and knowledge to enable you to progress in the kitchen. Ability to take direction from the more senior chefs and be a good listener is essential as a Demi Chef de Partie.

We are ideally looking for a Demi Chef de Partie who:
• Has a minimum of 1 years’ experience as a Demi Chef de Partie in high volume and fast paced restaurant
• Has a passion for food and working with seasonal high quality ingredients
• Has experience working with Asian ingredients would be desirable
• Has a keen desire to learn and progress
• Is highly motivated team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
• Has pride in the presentation and quality of their work
