The food, curated by Chef Director Bjoern Weissgerber exquisite and unexpected. The destination bar will boast the US’s largest Dom Perignon selection, alongside Opus One wines and a hard-to resist drinks list. From lunch through to late night you will want to be part the team in this vibrant, high energy atmosphere serving exceptional food and drink.

We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to join the team at Sexy Fish Miami.

Our Restaurant Managers bring the best out of our people and achieve the perfect Sexy Fish Miami guest experience. You will possess experience in overseeing and supporting a team of managers as well as the entire front of house operation. Confidence in high volume and always going that extra mile for our Sexy Fish Miami guest is essential to the Restaurant Manager role.

Building and maintaining an efficient team of employees, driving them towards the objectives of the business and leading a friendly, courteous, and professional service at all times.

You will also need a strong business acumen and ensure that the restaurant’s personnel budgets are strictly adhered to.
