Sexy Fish Miami serves an inspired menu in hedonistic surroundings. Designed by Martin Brudnizki Design Studio, the look and feel of Sexy Fish is glamorous and opulent from the restaurant and bar through to the private dining room. The food, curated by Chef Director Bjoern Weissgerber exquisite and unexpected. The destination bar has a hard-to resist drinks list including cocktails as visually exciting as they are expertly curated, as well as an extensive list of fine wines and Champagnes. From lunch through to late night there is a high energy atmosphere with DJs and entertainment. Expect the unexpected.


About The Opportunity

This role offers the perfect chance for an ambitious and energetic Facilities and/or Maintenance professional too develop their own team and implement their preferred delivery model. Core Duties

  • Maintain Standards daily – lamps, faucest, WC seats etc 
  • Act as meeting point for all contractors. Acompany around building
  • Carry out PPM tasks – fire alarm testing, filter changing etc
  • Regularly meet with restaurant management team to discuss issues and drive standards
  • Build a reliable all hours contactor base and manage and monitor their KPI’s
  • Set up a CAFM system to records and monitor maintenance works
  • Liase with UK team to keep compliance and spend data up to date

Experience & Education

BA / BS or equivalent in Business, Hospitality, Engineering or other related degree (s).

Well-versed in technical/engineering operations and facilities management best practice (s).

Must have a sound working knowledge of functions of HVAC systems, Plumbing, Electrical, IT, Security Systems, Catering Equipment, Decoration Practices and Furniture Repair.

Sound knowledge of US health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Experience managing Vendors & procuring New Vendors

Experience managing (CMMS) Computer Maintenance Management Systems

Deep understanding of building financials in order to continually optimize vendor

Planned Maintenance Development

Problem Resolution Skills

Strong communication, organization and project management skills

Passion for leading and developing teams

Thrive in a fast-paced agile environment, be biased to action and detail-oriented

·     Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years recent and related experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience may also be considered.

·      Bilingual English / Spanish language is preferred.
