We are looking for an experienced Reservationist to join our team. In this role, you will manage reservations, communicate effectively, and ensure guests feel welcome before their arrival. What You’ll Do:

·       Manage daily reservations using systems like OpenTable, Toast, etc.

·       Answer high volumes of phone and online inquiries with professionalism and warmth

·       Coordinate table assignments to maximize service flow and guest satisfaction

·       Track and prioritize VIPs, special occasions, and dietary needs

·       Confirm bookings and follow up on cancellations and no-shows

·       Communicate clearly with the host team and management to ensure seamless service

What We’re Looking For

·       1+ year experience in a fine dining or high-volume hospitality environment

·       Polished, articulate, and professional communicator

·       Tech-savvy with knowledge of leading reservation platforms

·       Detail-oriented, organized, and calm under pressure

·       Flexible and dependable with availability during peak service hours

·       Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
