This role is responsible for delivering elevated hospitality, managing all VIP reservations, and curating exceptional guest experiences. Ensuring smooth front-of-house operations while personally welcoming high-profile guests with poise, professionalism, and charisma.

What You’ll Do:

·       Greet and escort guests with warmth and enthusiasm, especially VIP clientele, influencers, and celebrities

·       Maintain a poised, polished, and professional demeanor under pressure

·       Manage and optimize the reservation book using platforms such as OpenTable or Resy

·       Coordinate with the Director of Nightlife and Reservations Manager to track and prioritize VIP bookings

·       Ensure all VIP guests receive personalized touches, such as preferred seating, custom greetings, and follow-up recognition

·       Build and maintain a CRM database of VIPs and regular guests, noting preferences, visit history, and special occasions

·       Train and lead the host team to deliver seamless guest arrivals and departures

·       Manage the flow of service during peak hours and collaborate with floor managers and servers to avoid bottlenecks

·       Handle guest complaints or conflicts discreetly and efficiently, ensuring satisfaction

·       Communicate daily with FOH/BOH leadership regarding guest profiles and special events

·       Support marketing and guest list efforts by collaborating with PR, events, and social media teams

What We’re Looking For

·       3+ years of experience as a Maitre D’ or VIP Host in a high-volume upscale restaurant, lounge, or hospitality venue

·       Charismatic personality with a strong presence and confidence

·       Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills

·       Familiarity with CRM platforms and reservation systems (Resy, OpenTable)

·       Ability to multitask and remain composed during high-volume service

·       Passion for hospitality, guest engagement, and creating memorable experiences

·       Discretion and professionalism when dealing with high-profile clientele

Preferred Skills:

•        Fluency in multiple languages a plus

•        Background in nightlife or luxury hospitality

•        Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

•        Social network in the nightlife or VIP entertainment industry
