We are on the lookout for a people-first, operations-driven Area Manager who thrives in high-growth environments and leads from the front—with sleeves rolled up, standards held high, and culture at the core.
The RoleAs Area Manager, you'll oversee multiple Bonrue locations and the restaurant leaders who run them. You'll guide day-to-day operations, coach and develop your GMs, optimize performance, and build a team culture that's as consistent as our croissants.
This isn't a desk job. You'll be in the field 4–5 days a week, shoulder-to-shoulder with the teams you lead—mentoring, evaluating, troubleshooting, and celebrating wins.
