The Salz Group, a QSR Franchisee, is seeking out a Development Project Coordinator to add to our dynamic team. As a rapidly growing company, this in-person role, will report directly to the Development Project Manager and plays a hands-on role in field coordination, vendor management, and project execution. This person should expect to spend time both in the office, and out in the field to support new store builds, remodels, and capital projects across our portfolio.

This is a strong opportunity for someone with construction or retail development experience who wants exposure to full project lifecycle work and long-term growth within a development team.

Job Responsibilities

Project Execution

· Support and manage assigned development projects

· Track schedules, deliverables, and open items

· Maintain project trackers and documentation

Field & Site Coordination

· Conduct site visits and document progress

· Coordinate installations, inspections, and deliveries

· Report issues and propose solutions

Vendor & Contractor Coordination

· Communicate with GCs, vendors, and consultants

· Schedule meetings and follow up on action items

· Ensure work aligns with approved scope and timeline

Reporting & Communication

· Prepare weekly project status updates

· Escalate risks or delays promptly

· Maintain clear and organized records

Education & Experience

The right candidate will possess a minimum of 3 years in commercial construction, with preference going to those who have worked with retail and/or QSR construction. This role is also very hands on, so candidates should be comfortable communicating with various stakeholders, vendors, contractors, etc. As this role is multi-faceted, it is important that candidates possess the ability to multi-task, have a strong attention to detail, and be solution oriented. This role should also anticipate the need to remain organized at all times and be comfortable working in construction sites, where safety protocols will be required.
