The Ship Inn sits in a truly stunning location on the banks of Yealm Estuary, complete with riverside beer garden and even its own mooring space! We're a historic village pub and we're looking for top talent to join our friendly team in one of the most idyllic pub settings in the area.
We’re looking for a head chef with experience cooking with fresh seasonal ingredients, writing their own menus, and running a busy service in our food-destination site, The Ship Inn in Noss Mayo - which has hands down one of the best views from a pub in the country. Our food is a celebration of fresh, locally-sourced ingredients that bring the flavours of the sea and countryside together. From hearty pub classics to innovative twists on coastal favourites, we’re all about bold tastes, comfort, and a true taste of place.
You’ll be in charge of creating dishes to delight our guests, developing the team and managing all aspects of the kitchen. We have a growing gastronomic reputation and we're looking for an experienced, ambitious Head Chef who wants to put their name on the map.
