Salary package up to £45,000 with Salary and Service Charge. Key skills and traits we are looking for is someone who has a natural ability to lead and develop a team, be engaged in driving the business towards the next steps in its growth and have key controls with stock and safety.

The Ship Inn is a destination pub driven by reputation, events and locality our menu is built around  country-style venue. Based in Langstone it has a relaxed, laid back feel but can get busy, attracting a diverse mix of locals and visitors with its fresh seasonal food and harbour views. 
Our revenue is driven through casual dining, weddings, event driven visits as well as a popular word of mouth venue.
