The successful candidate will need to balance a focus on high-volume, fresh food with consistent quality. They will have strong organisational, leadership and communication skills, and be able to build strong working relationships with the senior team to plan menus for a range of different events and bookings. The Ship stays busy throughout the year, supported by a Sales and Events Manager, and as well as its location and reputation.
Food service times are from 10.00 - 21.00 daily, including Breakfast, and until 22.00 at weekend.
