Shuka is a new Eastern Mediterranean restaurant located in the heart of Soho - the newest addition to The Bowery Group (Cookshop, Rosie's, Vic's). Lead by Chef Ayesha Nurdjaja, we offer fun and vibrant dishes in a relaxed setting.

We provide our staff dining privileges with sister restaurants, flexible scheduling, and transit benefits. We do require open weekend availability including holidays. We are currently seeking to fill the following position:


BUSSERS
-2+ years NYC experience
-Reliable, punctual, professional
-Organized and efficient
-Ability to stay calm under pressure
-Must be able to travel up and down stairs with bus tubs and racks
-Must be available to work lunches, brunches and holidays
