Shuka is a new Eastern Mediterranean restaurant located in the heart of Soho - the newest addition to The Bowery Group (Cookshop, Rosie's, Vic's, Shukette). Lead by Chef Ayesha Nurdjaja, we offer fun and vibrant dishes in a relaxed setting.

-Reliable, punctual, professional
-Organized and efficient
-Ability to stay calm under pressure
