Shuka, led by Chef/Partner Ayesha Nurdjaja, is looking for a Polisher! The Polisher is responsible for ensuring all glassware, flatware, and all other dining accessories are polished and presented to company standards. You are able to contribute and maintain a high level of detail and presentation.
This position requires daytime hours, evening hours, weekends and availability to work through the holidays with PART TIME AVAILABILITY.
