Shukette, the newest concept from The Bowery Group Restaurants (Cookshop, Vic’s, Shuka and Rosie’s) is hiring now and seeking a manager. 

Our restaurants are committed to excellence in hospitality and to sourcing seasonal ingredients from local farms.  We are excited to be getting ready for our first holiday season at Shukette .

We are looking for bright, energetic, and service-driven managers with an aptitude for providing effortless service. Strong candidates will have a positive attitude and a commitment to creating the best experiences for our guests through food, beverage and the personal touches that elevate the dining experience.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years progressive Management experience in high-volume and chef driven restaurants 

  • Experience hiring, training, and mentoring a diverse pool of hourly staff

  • Aptitude for learning, coaching and driving excellence at all levels

  • Open, flexible availability


Expectations

  • Manage all day-to-day shift operations with the guest as the focus 

  • Work in tandem with the BOH 

  • Train, lead and develop staff to achieve excellence
