Requirements
Minimum 5 years progressive Management experience in high-volume and chef driven restaurants
Experience hiring, training, and mentoring a diverse pool of hourly staff
Aptitude for learning, coaching and driving excellence at all levels
Open, flexible availability
Expectations
Manage all day-to-day shift operations with the guest as the focus
Work in tandem with the BOH
Train, lead and develop staff to achieve excellence
