Shukette, led by Chef/Partner Ayesha Nurdjaja - a 2022 James Beard Award finalist - is looking for a Line CookLine Cooks are responsible for the station's workflow and being able to get each dish out on time. You are overseeing the cooking process for all the dishes from start to finish and making sure all stations are fully stocked to ensure high quality dishes. 

This position requires daytime hours, evening hours, weekends and availability to work through the holidays with FULL TIME AVAILABILITY.
