Sidmouth Harbour Hotel & Spa is the quintessential Devon seaside getaway: a 56-room boutique hotel with luxury spa and outdoor pool, steps from the beach, with sweeping sea views of the Jurassic Coast and Lyme Bay.
Our onsite restaurant, Upper Deck, is a casual, all-day seafood bar & grill, serving breakfast, lunch, dinner and afternoon tea. Dishes showcase regional flavours, employing local produce and seasonal ingredients.
The role…
As we build momentum for the summer months, we have a fantastic opportunity for a Bar Supervisor to join the team.
This role will play a key part in the day to day management of our Upper Deck restaurant and supporting our wedding & events teams. With both an indoor restaurant, lounge and outdoor terrace - we need a supervisor to support our Bar team.
As Bar Supervisor you will need to have excellent cocktails skills and fantastic bar product knowledge. You will need a minimum of 2 years’ bar experience, ideally with some supervisory and be capable of working in a vibrant, fast paced environment. Experience of working in a quality bar/restaurant, together with a real passion for service excellence is essential.
Offering £12.50 per hour, plus tips, we are open to applicants of varying availability.
