As Food & Beverage Manager, you will:

• Lead the day-to-day operation of the restaurant and bar
• Inspire, train and develop your team to deliver exceptional service
• Drive revenue performance while maintaining strong cost control
• Work closely with senior leadership to continually elevate the guest experience

You will bring:

• Proven management experience within a quality-led hotel, restaurant or bar
• Strong food and beverage knowledge with a passion for excellence
• Energy, ambition, and a hands-on leadership style
• A drive to push standards and take the business to the next level
