The role…

We’re seeking a passionate and skilled Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team. As a key member of the crew, you’ll take charge of a specific section and ensure every dish leaving your station meets our high standards of quality and presentation.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, and present dishes within your designated section (e.g., grill, pastry, sauce).

• Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and food quality.

• To monitor & control the day-to-day work of all junior staff 

• To ensure the effective controls of their section through the use of ordering, costing, recording & providing accurate information at all times

• Maintaining the correct running order of kitchen equipment through cleaning. 

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a professional kitchen, ideally in a similar role.

• Culinary qualification or equivalent hands-on experience.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Passion for food and commitment to excellence.

Offering £12.50 - £13.50 per hour, this is a full time opportunity.
