The role…
As Sous Chef, you will effectively manage the kitchen and food
function of the hotel to an optimum level in the absence of the Head Chef. You will be committed to maintaining
all targets financial and operational, with the emphasis on forward planning.
You will ensure the highest quality food and customer service in all areas. You will assist the Head Chef In Monitoring Standards of Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
Room Service, Afternoon Tea, Room Service and events to ensure consistent levels of quality. The day to day operation of the kitchen, food production and food service to meet the demands of
the business. Training/ Development of kitchen team keeping
morale and motivation to a high standard. Ensuring other departmental members consistently
meet their roles & responsibilities.
Offering £35,000 - £36,500 per annum, this is a full time opportunity.
