We’re looking for a talented and ambitious Sous Chef to join our exceptional kitchen team at the stunning Sidmouth Harbour Hotel & Spa.
As Sous Chef, you’ll support the Head Chef in overseeing the kitchen’s daily operations and ensure the consistent delivery of outstanding dishes across breakfast, lunch, dinner, afternoon tea, room service, and events. You’ll take a hands-on approach to food preparation, team leadership, and maintaining impeccable kitchen standards.
You’ll be passionate about using fresh, local ingredients to craft beautiful, seasonal dishes — and equally committed to leading, training, and motivating your brigade to perform at their best. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Junior Sous or existing Sous Chef ready to step into a dynamic, forward-thinking hospitality brand.
