The role…
We have a superb opportunity for a Sales & Events Coordinator to join our sales team.
Alongside event coordination, you will support the wider sales function with sales administration tasks. You will also assist with handling reservations enquiries when required, ensuring a seamless guest journey across all departments.
A key part of the role will involve hosting client showrounds, building strong relationships and confidently presenting the hotel’s facilities to prospective clients. You will have a warm, personable nature, a positive “can-do” attitude, and an exceptional eye for detail.
The ideal candidate will be confident and organised, with strong planning and communication skills, both written and verbal. You will enjoy developing client relationships and be proactive, passionate, and driven to achieve the best results for both the client and the business.
This role offers excellent development opportunities, including the potential to progress and undertake Duty Management shifts as part of your career development within the hotel.
Previous hotel experience is preferred, along with knowledge of Opera, although full training will be provided for the right candidate. Weekend work is essential as part of the role to support events and operational needs.
