Description

We are looking for a highly capable and experienced Executive Assistant to support a determined, demanding, successful Hotelier who thrives on pace and progress - and needs someone equally unstoppable by their side.

The Opportunity:

This is a key role for someone who is organised, discreet, and thrives in a fast-paced and changing environment. You'll be working at the heart of a dynamic and growing boutique hospitality group, providing critical support to a visionary and driven leader. If you're resourceful, proactive and passionate about making things happen, we'd love to hear from you.

This is a site-based role in our Support Office which is located at The Retreat, Elcot Park in Newbury, with occasional travel between our hotels across the UK.

We can offer you:

  • An excellent starting salary.
  • An amazing opportunity of joining and being part of a very exciting adventure.
  • Access personalised training, buddy programmes, clear career paths and genuine opportunities for your development.
  • Discounted rates across our restaurants and hotels for you, family and friends to enjoy.
  • Wagestream - access up to 40% of your pay before pay date and save directly from your salary.
  • 28 days’ holiday + birthday off (including Bank Holidays).
  • Referral bonus scheme for recommending top talent - earn up to £300.
  • Complimentary team meals on shift.
  • Supplier trips and visits.
  • Exciting Long Service Awards - lunches for two with all the trimmings, complimentary room stays with breakfast and dinner, theatre tickets to The Lion King, and so much more.
What we need from you:
  • A confident and articulate communicator, someone who is able to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
  • Possess a positive outlook, with a naturally outgoing and enthusiastic personality.
  • Are able to be diplomatic and use your judgment and initiative.
  • Digitally fluent, with working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive.
  • Well-versed in the hospitality industry with a clear understanding of the pace, pressures and priorities hoteliers navigate every day.
  • Friendly, approachable and composed - especially when working under pressure to tight and shifting deadlines.
  • Super adaptable and agile - with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and rapidly evolving priorities with a can do and calm manner.
  • Highly organised, with excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently while remaining a collaborative team player.
  • Tuned into the importance of internal communications, and able to support clear, consistent messaging across a growing and ambitious business.

At Signet Collection, we believe that our appearance reflects the luxury and elegance our guests expect when they stay with us. As you consider joining our team, we want to remind you of the importance of presenting yourself in a way that reflects our style of hospitality; warm, charming, and polished.

So, if you are dedicated to making each and every guest experience unequivocally brilliant, and have what it takes, we would love to meet you!
