As a key player in our growing marketing team, you’ll work with the Brand Marketing Manager and our digital marketing agencies to shape the overall digital strategy, including digital campaigns, digital advertising, website management, PPC, whilst working closely on paid social strategy with our Social Media Executive. 

This is a full time Monday to Friday role, based at The Retreat, Elcot Park in West Berkshire.

A snapshot of this role: 

Digital Marketing:

  • CRM and website updates and management working with the Marketing Manager to create compelling website content, imagery optimisation and content updates.
  • Work alongside our digital marketing agencies to deliver ROI on paid advertising across social media and Google as well as have an active involvement in our SEO strategy, keywords, image optimisation etc.
  • Collaborate and work alongside our website agency to continually develop new functionality to improve our website/user experience, as well as proactively monitor the performance of our website to maximise conversion.
  • Provide briefs for our third parties for tactical promotional campaigns and oversee their implementation and effectiveness
  • Create, design, and send e-mail marketing campaigns in line with promotional objectives.
  • Liaise with our agencies to produce monthly report on campaign successes and performance.

Database and CRM management:

  • Manage customer data and ensuring its accurate and able that it’s accurate 
  • Use the data for targeted marketing promotions based on customer insights.       
  • Implement initiatives to grow the marketing database with quality leads.

Internal Marketing

  • Support with the day-to-day running of the marketing department.
  • Working with the Brand Marketing Manager and Social Media Executive to plan and coordinate creative professional photography and videography projects 
  • Coordinate and organise promotional activities and events calendar across the year.
  • Supporting internal functions and teams with being a guardian of our brand, producing tools and relevant creatives to support the day-to-day operations.
  • Supporting the Social Media Executive with the implementation of our social media strategy across our external platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
What you will bring: 

  • Educated to degree level or have proven experience planning and executing 360 digital marketing campaigns.
  • Preferably 2+ years’ experience in a Digital Marketing role as a Coordinator or Executive.
  • Good experience in managing websites using a Content Management System, WordPress, Canva or equivalent. 
  • Sound experience with data analyis, with the ability to report on campaign data.
  • Proactive, with the ability to leverage trends in the wider hospitality or digital landscape, and bring these in house.
  • Strong verbal communication skills for articulating ideas to teams internally, and clients externally.  
  • Excellent written communication skills for producing high-quality content and copy.  
  • A creative thinker, with an eye for detail. 
  • The ability to work independently and flexibly on your own, and with a wider team across multiple projects.
