We’re looking for a creative, driven and detail-oriented Marketing Executive to join our growing Head Office team at Signet Collection. You’ll support the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, CRM, PR, brand partnerships and content creation, with the goal of increasing brand awareness, driving direct bookings and supporting commercial success across all Signet properties.

This is a hands-on, varied and collaborative role working across all marketing channels — perfect for someone ready to step up and shape impactful storytelling through content, campaigns, and co-ordination.

This is permanent role based in Newbury, Berkshire at our tranquil hotel The Retreat, Elcot Park.

What you'll get involved in: 

  • Support the Digital Marketing and Social Media Executives on marketing strategy across paid media, email, PR, brand partnerships, social, and offline.
  • Help manage the marketing calendar and campaign timelines across the Signet Collection.
  • Write and coordinate marketing content, including website, email and collateral copy.
  • Coordinate campaigns and hero moments within the Signet group from concept to fruition within the hotels.
  • Manage and coordinate the production of creative assets – including photography and videography content shoots, menus, campaign design and brochures.
  • Track performance of marketing campaigns and support the team with regular reporting and insight gathering, contributing to the monthly marketing report for the company stakeholders.
  • Support the Social Media Executive with Social Media activity – including post scheduling, community management.
  • Support with coordinating influencer visits, content shoots, and local event coverage. 
  • Support the Digital Marketing Executive with day-to-day management of our websites (OneJourney CMS) – including updating copy, imagery, offers and events pages.
  • Work with our digital agency and the Digital Marketing Executive to support with PPC, SEO, paid social and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Revenue and Operations to support with brochures, presentations and ad-hoc requests.
  • Keep up to date all third-party listings and ensure brand consistency and accuracy across platforms.
What we're looking for: 
  • 5+ years’ experience in a marketing role (preferably within hospitality, lifestyle or travel).
  • A proactive, creative thinker with a strong eye for detail.
  • Strong copywriting and storytelling skills, able to adapt tone for different channels.
  • Experience with website content management (WordPress or similar CMS).
  • Familiar with social media scheduling tools (e.g. Later) and email platforms (HotelCloud etc.)
  • Comfortable working across multiple projects with great time management skills.
  • A good grasp of marketing data and confident interpreting reports and identifying what works.
  • Collaborative attitude and a willingness to jump into new challenges with enthusiasm.
  • Basic graphic design or video editing skills (Canva/CapCut) a plus, but not essential.
  • A full UK driving license, for regular travel to our hotels.
