About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house operations. This pivotal role involves overseeing daily service, managing a dedicated team, and ensuring that every guest experiences the exceptional standards SILVA is known for. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to inspire and lead a team to deliver outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the front-of-house team, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction.

  • Coordinate daily operations, including staff scheduling, reservations, and guest relations.

  • Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service and quality control.

  • Monitor and manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed.

  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food hygiene standards.

  • Assist in staff recruitment, training, and development to maintain a motivated and skilled team.

  • Contribute to marketing and promotional activities to enhance the restaurant's presence.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role within a high-end dining environment.

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.

  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

  • In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house coordination.

  • Familiarity with reservation and POS systems.
