About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house operations. Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the front-of-house team, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
Coordinate daily operations, including staff scheduling, reservations, and guest relations.
Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service and quality control.
Monitor and manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food hygiene standards.
Assist in staff recruitment, training, and development to maintain a motivated and skilled team.
Contribute to marketing and promotional activities to enhance the restaurant's presence.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role within a high-end dining environment.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house coordination.
Familiarity with reservation and POS systems.
