As a Bartender, you'll be responsible for the full operation of the bar, crafting exceptional drinks, managing inventory, and ensuring every guest interaction at the bar is warm and professional.
Responsibilities:Prepare and serve a full range of beverages, including classic cocktails, signature drinks, wines, and spirits, maintaining consistency and speed.
Develop and maintain expert knowledge of the cocktail menu, wine list, spirits inventory, and daily specials, making informed recommendations to guests.
Oversee bar operations, ensuring smooth workflow, cleanliness, and efficiency throughout service.
Maintain inventory: Manage stock levels, complete requisitions, minimise waste, and ensure the bar is fully prepped before and after service.
Handle guest requests and feedback regarding beverages confidently and proactively.
Collaborate closely with the management and floor teams to ensure seamless service flow between the bar and dining room.
Uphold all hygiene, presentation, and operational standards, including cellar management and accurate till operation.
Proven experience as a Bartender in a quality restaurant, cocktail bar, or hotel environment.
Passionate about mixology, spirits, and maintaining a high-quality bar program.
Strong technical skills in preparation and execution, with speed and precision.
Confident, professional, and attentive to detail in presentation and service.
Calm, organised, and positive under pressure in a busy service environment.
Must have the right to work in the UK.
