We are looking for a Recruitment Manager to join our growing UK team, helping us to attract the best talent for The Gentlemen Baristas, The Lebanese Bakery and Chestnut Bakery. Sisban is an international food & beverage investment company and we want to make a remarkable impact through our people. All of our brands are unique, fresh and currently London based.
A bit about the role:
· Management of all store-based vacancies, from job posting to onboarding
· Screening of candidates and liaising with hiring managers
· Attracting the best talent from within and outside the industry through innovative recruitment methods
· Resourcing candidates using job boards, social media, headhunting and own network
· Exploring new recruitment channels and talent pools in an increasingly competitive talent market
· Ensuring we recruit the best fit first time around in order to help us reduce team turnover
· Management of Harri ATS, recruitment suppliers and job boards
This is you:
· A self-starter who is happy to take the initiative in a fast-paced and ever changing environment
· Experience in recruiting hospitality talent, both frontline and management, either in-house or agency
· Experience using an ATS effectively to process applicants swiftly and providing a great candidate experience for all candidates
· Skilled at building relationships with stakeholders at all levels and the ability to represent our brands externally as a true brand ambassador
· Great communication skills and team player.
· Diligent and has attention to detail
