Career Opportunity available for: Sous Chef / Kitchen Manager

We are looking for a leader to deliver a high-quality menu and motivate our staff to provide excellent customer service in our chef inspired and wine centric restaurant. This is an opportunity for you to have a quality life balance and create long-term wealth in this growing concept

Responsibilities to be successful:
- Strong management and interpersonal skills.
- Train and manage kitchen personnel
- Supervise / coordinate culinary activities
- Solid hiring skills are a must. You will set work schedules, oversee food quality and assure that we comply with health and safety restaurant regulations.

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of management experience in a lead role as a Sous Chef or AKM in a high volume, full service upscale causal restaurant
- Display professional leadership and can be a role model to your staff.
- Bachelor's Degree or Certification in Hospitality or Culinary field is preferred High volume, full service experience in a polished casual environment Commitment to high quality food
- Team Oriented Attitude
