Dishwasher:
Responsible for cleaning and restocking dinnerware, utensils, and glassware, as well as assisting other restaurant staff members with cleaning and prepping tasks.
Responsibilities:
Interacting with other team members in a professional and courteous manner. Be at work on time and in proper uniform. Ensure the availability of clean dishes by washing and restocking dishes, pots, pans, and flatware. Clean equipment used in the kitchen. Unloading and stocking deliveries. Sweeping and mopping floors. Taking out and rinsing garbage cans and linen baskets. Supporting other staff members by assisting with other tasks, such as prepping and dating food items. Reporting kitchen accidents or violations of food safety codes and procedures. Making sure all equipment used in the dish area is functional and filled with chemicals.
Qualifications:
Prior experience a plus but not needed. Able to stand for extended periods of time. Able to lift a minimum of 50lbs. Exceptional time management skills. Willingness to comply with all food safety procedures. Must have any and all up to date certifications required.
