Our Roof Top Suite are now hiring Customer Service Phone Answers. We are currently looking to interview people who can work in the New York area as Customer Service Representatives who can give our guest a wonderful experience every time they call !

Here are our opened positions:
-Customer Service Telephone Representative
We are looking to interview individuals right away with big personalities and spunky attitudes to handle a number of incoming and outgoing calls on a daily basis to our guests.
Those selected will be required to go through a level of training before they begin. Paid training will be provided.
Qualifications:
- No experience is required to apply.
- No High School or GED diploma is needed to apply.
- Must be well groomed, personable and possess the communication and technical skills necessary to meet the requirements of a very upscale client base.
- Must follow policies and protocols
- Must maintain professional appearance at all times.
- Create excellent member/guest experience through friendly and helpful attitude.
- Professional & Responsible
Applicant:
- Must speak clear fluent English for customers to understand our employees properly over the -telephone.
- Must be punctual.
- Must be okay with working on a desk, with computers and telephones.
- Must be 18 and older to apply for this opening.
- Must be a people person who can talk to people easily.
- Must be easy to reach via email or telephone.
All new hires will be scheduled to receive a weekly pay.
