Role: Housekeeping Supervisor

Hours: Weekend work - 6 hours guaranteed + more hours may become available 

Relationships: Resort Manager, Housekeeping team 

Set in 1000 acres of beautiful Northumbrian woodland and moorland Slaley Hall Lodges is the perfect location for a couples retreat or family break to reconnect, re-charge the batteries and explore the stunning and invigorating local countryside. The lodges and are set in idyllic lakeside and green settings providing the ideal wilderness retreat but with all the creature comforts you could wish for.

We are seeking to appoint Housekeeping Supervisors to join our vibrant team in providing quality cleaning standards for our guest's accommodation and the resort's facilities. 

The ideal candidate 

• Previous Housekeeping experience is desired 
• Excellent customer service and communication skills 
• Attention to detail to ensure the 5-star standard of service is delivered 
• Computer literate and a good knowledge and understanding of Microsoft systems 
• Ability to effectively interact with management, staff and guests in a professional manner 
• Be a team player as well as an individual worker 
• To be well presented and represent a high standard of competence at all times 
• Must have transport
